Why

The project brief and the decisions from phase 1 existed only in a chat session. Phases 2 and 3 need them, so they belong in the repository.

What

  • CLAUDE.md: working rules, commands and architecture conventions
  • docs/projektplan.md: full brief for all phases, current state, decisions from phase 1

Documentation only. LICENSE was already in the repository.
